1. Phantato Bar

sweet potato rubbed with salt
1. Rub a sweet potato with salt to clean
mashed sweet potato
2. Boil then mash the sweet potato
apple
3. Rub an apple with salt then rinse
grate the apple
4. Grate the apple
bananas
5. Prepare bananas, over ripe is good!

walnut and chocolates
7. Chop some walnuts and chocolates
milk and egg
8. Some milk and eggs

I did not put measurements for Elephantreats as the recipes started as imaginative and playful, “what could I prepare if I had a party for an elephant friend?” Phantato Bar and Elepate’ came out tasting good and real, but for an elephant pal, that remains unreal.

I rub the sweet potato and apple with salt to clean the skin and include them in cooking, the peels have good nutritious value. You can omit the bananas in Elepate’ if you want to enjoy it without that tart taste.
